Initially available through an invite-only model, the platform seeks to provide a seamless space for collaboration, learning and inspiration, with plans to open worldwide in the coming months.
The platform is tailored to empower those deemed the ‘no-collars’, including creatives in industries such as gaming, film, animation, fashion, design, and music, and many more.

Providel highlighted that while the creative economy is booming, many people still face limited access to key resources and networks. The platform aims to change that by giving users direct access to top creative universities, industry leaders and real-world opportunities.
A standout feature of the platform is its robust course discovery tools. Students can explore and enrol in courses from leading colleges and universities worldwide, tailored specifically for creative fields.

The platform will also give students the platform to display their projects, receive feedback and build portfolios, as well as providing them with content playlists and expert-led masterclasses intended to inspire and educate.
Through the platform, creatives can build their community, follow and connect with like-minded peers to foster collaboration and networking, as well as exploring tools and resources to help students navigate potential career paths and opportunities in the creative industries.
With the invite-only launch, Mozaik Play will first focus on growing a core community of top students, educators and industry professionals. The platform will gradually open to a broader audience as Mozaik Play fine-tunes the experience based on early member feedback.
According to Providel, the platform already has the seal of approval from one of the most influential entrepreneurs in Silicon Valle, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman.
Providel describes Hoffman as one of his “biggest heroes”, and was thrilled to find himself just metres away from the visionary earlier this year at the ASU GSV event, where Hoffman was set to record a live podcast in front of a large audience.
“I cheekily was outside waiting the back door for him to go in and see if I can say hello to him,” said Providel, who succeeded in shaking Hoffman’s hand and sharing his admiration for his weekly podcasts.
When Hoffman saw Providel’s name badge, he asked about his company, to which Providel replied: “Correct me if I’m wrong, but 25 years ago, a journalist asked you, who is LinkedIn for? Who are you aiming to kind of attract? And you said ‘for all white collar professionals in the world, accountants, marketers, teachers.”
Providel continued, “Well, I’m creating the first platform for the ‘no collars’… all those professionals that have creative-led jobs such as games, animation, visual effects, music, those that would not necessarily put their resume on LinkedIn. We’re aiming to support what is effectively professional careers in the creative economy.”
Recalling the moment, Providel added, “Hoffman literally said, ‘that’s a great idea.’ He called his chief of staff and asked her to write down the name of the company. At that moment, the doors open and he walks into a global audience of 2,000 people with his incredible live podcast.”
A reflected on the exchange, calling it “a massive blessing” for the company.
