The opening marks a significant milestone for EC English as its first venture into the Middle East and its first school in a non-native English-speaking country.
“We are excited to bring our world-class language learning experience to Dubai,” said EC CEO Andrew Mangion.
“With this launch, EC Dubai will provide students with an exceptional opportunity to improve their English skills and broaden their horizons in an inspiring international environment.”
In addition to its core English courses, EC Dubai will offer certificate programs in business, marketing, and management in partnership with Malta’s Central Mediterranean Business School, catering to the growing demand for practical, career-oriented education in the region.
Having taught over one million students worldwide, EC English is set to continue to provide diverse programs that meet the needs of international learners.

The campus, located Dubai Knowledge Park, features nine modern classrooms that can accommodate 135 students.
Dubai offers a viable alternative for language studies due to its accessible visa policies, which particularly benefit students from regions like South Asia, the Middle East, and parts of Africa.
“The city’s unique cultural diversity, world-class amenities, and status as a global business hub make it the perfect setting for students to achieve their educational and professional goals,” EC English said in a statement.
With this new school, EC Dubai joins a network of EC adult schools operating across the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Malta, and South Africa.
Established in 1991 with its first school in Malta, EC English Language Centres now boasts 25 schools in major English-speaking destinations.
